These terms take effect on September 18, 2026 and govern your use of dynamicepoxycoatings.com and any work performed by Dynamic Epoxy Coatings, LLC. By using this site, requesting a quote, or accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or hire us.
Dynamic Epoxy Coatings, LLC provides concrete coating and concrete polishing for residential and commercial property in East Texas. We are based in Longview, Texas and work within roughly a 60 mile radius, including Kilgore, Tyler, Marshall, Gladewater, Henderson, White Oak, and Hallsville. We are insured and locally owned.
The scope of any specific job is defined by the written quote we give you, not by descriptions on this website. Photos and descriptions on the site are examples of past work and are not a promise of an identical result on your slab.
Quotes are based on the conditions we can see at the walkthrough. The written quote governs the job. It states the system, the prep method, the square footage, and the price.
Concrete hides things. Conditions discovered after demolition or grinding, such as slab moisture, previously unknown coatings or adhesives, spalling, or structural cracking, can change what the job requires. If that happens, we stop, explain what we found, and give you a change order with the added cost. You approve the change order in writing before work continues.
A quote is valid for 30 days unless the quote itself says otherwise. Material cost changes after that window may require a new quote.
Before we arrive, you clear the area to be coated. That means vehicles, shelving, appliances, stored items, and anything mounted to the floor are moved out unless the written quote says we are handling it.
You provide access to the space and working electrical power for our grinding and mixing equipment. If power or access is not available when we arrive, the crew may have to reschedule and a return trip charge may apply.
Coatings are sensitive to temperature and humidity. Weather, slab temperature, and humidity can move a scheduled date. We tell you as early as we can when a date has to move.
A deposit is due to schedule the job and the balance is due on completion, as stated in the written quote. Change orders are billed with the final balance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Balances not paid when due may be subject to late charges as allowed by Texas law, and we may suspend any warranty obligations until the account is paid in full. You are responsible for reasonable collection costs on a past due balance.
Cure times have to be respected. Foot traffic is generally allowed the next day, and vehicle traffic at about 72 hours. The written quote or the crew lead will confirm the exact times for your system, since products and temperatures vary.
Damage caused by using the floor before it has cured is not covered. That includes tire marks, indentations from heavy objects, and coating failure from early exposure to water or chemicals.
You are also responsible for keeping the floor clean using methods suited to a coated floor. Harsh solvents, abrasive pads, and aggressive chemical strippers will damage the finish.
We stand behind our workmanship as stated in your written quote. If the coating fails because of how we installed it, we come back and correct it.
The warranty does not cover damage from slab movement, settling, or new cracks that form in the concrete beneath the coating. It does not cover moisture vapor coming up through the slab where moisture mitigation was recommended and you declined it. It also does not cover chemical spills left standing on the floor, impact damage, cuts, burns, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
Manufacturer product warranties, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost business, lost use of the space, or lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Epoxy Coatings, LLC and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the coated surface, or your failure to disclose known conditions of the property or the slab.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Gregg County, Texas.
We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will change the effective date shown at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you signed your written quote govern that project.
