You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this site, or by replying to a message we send you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us and work with us entirely by phone and email if you prefer.
Message frequency varies. You typically only receive messages related to your active quote or project, such as a scheduling confirmation or an update from the crew.
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Check your plan if you are unsure what messaging costs you.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can opt back in at any time by texting START to the same number, or by asking us to add you again.
