What to have ready

None of this is required, but having it on hand makes the quote faster and a lot more accurate. Square footage drives the price, and the condition of the slab drives the prep.

01

Rough dimensions

Length and width of the space, or the size of the garage. Pacing it off is close enough to start. We verify the measurements during the walkthrough.

02

How the floor gets used

Vehicles, forklifts, foot traffic, a home gym, a commercial kitchen. Tell us what gets spilled on it too, whether that is oil, solvents, or food and grease.

03

Existing coating or cracking

Let us know if there is old epoxy, paint, or sealer on the slab, and whether you see cracking, pitting, or spots that stay damp. That changes the grinding and repair work.
