An interior living space rather than a garage. The slab was ground back to clean concrete before anything went down, and the trim and door casings were cut in by hand. Black, grey and white flake at full broadcast. The texture flake leaves is not only a look: it keeps the floor from turning slick underfoot and it hides the dirt a lived-in room collects.
