A coated walkway running the length of a commercial metal building, against a broad poured apron. Outdoor work gets a UV-stable topcoat and anti-slip aggregate as standard. Here the coated strip takes the foot traffic along the doors while the open apron stays bare concrete, a deliberate split rather than a budget one: there is no reason to coat slab that only sees tires and weather.
